The Adult Education Committee will host a one-hour Reading Between the Lines (Bible Workbench) on Sunday, October 4, from 9-10 am through Zoom. We will see (facilitator will screen-share) three different readings about: 1) being given everything you need to create and to live in community, but misusing what you’re given; 2) failing to recognize that you are part of the problem; 3) being commended for small acts of generosity and courage and acknowledgment—actions that do lead to expressing affection and joy (and using resources wisely, justly, and humanely). Isaiah 5: 1-7; Matthew 21: 33-43; Philippians 4: 6-9. Facilitator will send the zoom link through the Newslist several days before the discussion.
