The FGC Gathering Committee will be using the meetinghouse Saturday December 7, 9am-5pm. Some will be arriving Friday and needing overnight hospitality on Friday and Saturday nights. Here are the needs:
- 2 Friends (couple) needing hospitality Friday & Saturday nights
- 2 Friends (couple) needing hospitality Friday & Saturday nights
- 1 Friend needing hospitality Friday & Saturday nights
They plan to depart after worship on Sunday.
I also need a volunteer to pick up a carton of coffee / bagels Saturday morning and take to the meeting and set up in ante room behind worship room (where bulletin board is). RFM will reimburse. I will be setting up a table on Friday with cups, etc.
